Shipping, Tracking & Returns

Covid-19 Update.
Whilst most Covid related interruptions to our team have been overcome,
there may continue to be longer than usual lead times across our range of products.
We appreciate your patience should your order take longer than expected to be dispatched. 

 

Current processing times:

Apple Products:
Shipping times advised on product pages.

B&O Audio Products: 
1 - 2 days processing time
unless noted otherwise on product page.

Proper iPad/iPhone Accessories:
1 - 2 days processing time
unless noted otherwise on product page.

All other products:
1 - 2 days processing time
unless noted otherwise on product page.


Shipping.

Standard ground shipping (without tracked) is offered at no cost on all orders Australia-wide. We also offer express courier shipping (with tracking) for an additional fee.
Express shipping options and associated fees are calculated during checkout based on real time shipping rates.
Note, express shipping services offer expedited delivery from date of dispatched, but does not ensure faster processing dispatch times.

Proper ships orders via StarTrack, Couriers Please, Fastway and Australia Post, we select the best option for your delivery address.

It is important to note that our standard (free) shipping service may not include any tracking information, and delivery times can vary.

If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will be happy to provide a full refund (excluding shipping costs) for any unused and non-customised products, for up to 30 days from the original purchase date.

If we receive your request after 30 days, we will issue you a store credit for the full sub-total amount.


Returns & Exchanges.

We are able to refund the price you paid for the product, but not the shipping costs.  

Please make sure the returned product is carefully wrapped and provide a tracking number for all return items as we are not responsible for loss or damage of products that occurs during return shipment.

Note that any returns arriving in damaged condition will not be refundable.

We ask that you are responsible for shipping costs and tracking if exchanging or returning a product.

Returns & Exchanges.

All returns require an RMA number before being sent back. An RMA can be obtained by emailing support-au@studioproper.com.
Please ensure you include the following details when requesting an RMA:

- Reason for return
- Original order number

 



Warranty.

Studio Proper provides a 12 month limited warranty on products manufactured by Studio Proper Pty Ltd. Warranties are provided for manufacturer faults that are not resulting from standard wear and tear.

Warranties for all 3rd Party products sold by Studio Proper are provided by the manufacturer directly.
